The Firepit Company support Wintercomfort
We were delighted to be visited by Andy Gage from The Firepit Company this week. The Cambridge based business have chosen to support Wintercomfort for the homeless as their ongoing chariable partner. In their first month of July they donated £870 to support the charities work with the homeless in Cambridge and will continue to make a donation each month as a percentage of their sales.
Andrew Gage, Sculpter and The Firepit Company founder said: “We have enjoyed a great few years since I started this business, including our annual stand at Chelsea Flower Show, numerous TV appearances and a great number of happy customers. We wanted to support a local charity doing great work and, for us, Wintercomfort really fits with our company ethos. For every Firepit sold we will donate towards their vital work, ensuring that while our customers enjoy the warmth of their new Firepit we are making an effort to support someone less fortunate to keep warm, dry and well fed.”
The Firepit Company create bespoke spherical firepits to enhance their customers outside space. Their functional sculpture adds life to a garden, whether the fire is burning on a balmy summers evening or the piece is casually caching your eye on a cool autumn day. Based in Helions Bumpstead on the Cambridge, Suffolk and Essex border they ship their work all over the world. More infoamtion can be seen here: www.facebook.com/thefirepitcompany
