Social Enterprise Supervisor/Trainer

 

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Flexible hours as required.

Salary: £25,000 p.a. plus pension and benefits

Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays

Interviews: Tuesday 15th or Wednesday 16th August.

Closing date: 10am on 7th August 2017

 

The successful applicant will need to have experience of supervising people with a positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to relate to hard to reach people. They may have some experience teaching or delivering training whether formally or informally. Knowledge of cleaning is not a pre-requisite although would be helpful and a willingness to learn is very important. The applicant should be willing to turn a hand to whatever is required, keep cool in a crisis, pay attention to detail and most importantly be able to support our service users to get involved. This is a great opportunity for an experienced supervisor or someone wanting to give something back to the community.
