other agencies where appropriate; ensure that clients are aware of what is available
to them and offer individual counselling for clients in crisis and for any emotional
issues that may affect them.

Mike – Director
I’m Mike and I came to wintercomfort as Director in April 2005. My job means that
I take overall responsibility for the management and development of wintercomfort’s
services, so if you want to make any comments on the charity’s work, both things we
are doing and maybe should be doing, I’ll be glad to hear from you. I’m around in the
Day Centre most days at some point and would always be happy to speak you then, or you
could write or phone.
Wendy – Centre Cook
I'm the Cook at wintercomfort. I buy all the food and then cook hot, nutritious
and wholesome meals for up to forty people each day using fresh produce.
