The Health & Wellbeing Project Worker role is to ensure that Wintercomfort can meet its objectives of supporting the homeless and vulnerably housed in Cambridge to make positive changes in their lives.
In addition to supporting the day to day running of the centre, the role holder will oversee Wintercomfort’s delivery of Health & Wellbeing support services, working with the Services Manager to develop access to these services for our Service Users.
