In accordance with the provision of the Articles of Association, notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of Wintercomfort for the Homeless is to be held at Overstream House at 7.30 pm on Tuesday 12^th December 2023.

A member of the Board is entitled to appoint another person as his or her proxy to exercise all or any of his/her rights to attend and to speak and vote at a general meeting of the charity.
