Having secure employment is the best long-term route out of homelessness. Many of our service users lack the skills, experience and self-confidence they need to find work. Our Employment and Supported Volunteering Programme helps service users to overcome these challenges through training, education and work experience opportunities, empowering people to make positive steps towards securing meaningful employment.
