Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025

In accordance with the provision of the Articles of Association, notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of Wintercomfort for the Homeless is to be held at Overstream House at 7.30 pm on Tuesday 2^nd December 2025.

Members will be asked to consider and vote on the resolution below which will be proposed as a special resolution:

THAT with effect from the conclusion of the meeting the draft articles of association produced to the meeting and, for the purposes of identification, initialled by the Chairperson, be adopted as the articles of association of the Charity in substitution for, and to the exclusion of, the Charity’s existing articles of association.

A member of the Board is entitled to appoint another person as his or her proxy to exercise all or any of his/her rights to attend and to speak and vote at a general meeting of the charity.
