Wintercomfort is seeking to appoint new Trustees to join an experienced and passionate Board of Trustees in supporting the executive team to achieve our mission. We are particularly looking for a Treasurer to assume responsibility for maintaining an overview of the Charity’s financial affairs, but are also interested in hearing from people with legal or fundraising experience. The role of Treasurer will ensure that effective and appropriate financial measures, controls and procedures are put in place by the CEO and Finance Manager, and will report to the Board at regular intervals about the financial health of the organisation. Working closely to support Wintercomfort’s CEO and Finance Manager they will also oversee the production of necessary financial reports, returns, accounts and audits.
