Many of you may have seen the recent startling figures reporting a 26% rise in the number of people sleeping rough in the UK. Sadly, this came as no surprise to us. We have continued to experience a steady rise in the number of people accessing our services for many months.

Alongside our outreach work within the wider community, supporting people visiting foodbanks who find themselves at risk of homelessness, the total number of people we are now working with has increased by approximately 46% over the past 12 months.

The increasing financial pressure being put on the charity as a result is significant but we continue to meet the challenges head on and strive to offer our vital services to all those who need us.
