We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to run the cleaning and gardening business. The role involves managing the team of operatives, and reporting to the Business Manager. The key objectives for the role are to ensure that we maximise the opportunities to our service users for volunteering and paid work, to maximise the commercial margin we make from the business, and to ensure that we record the work that we do and the social outcomes we achieve. Our Weekend Project Workers are responsible for supporting service user who access our service recieve support according to their needs, ensuring that Wintercomfort is a safe, clean, respectful and welcoming environment to all. Strong inter-personal skills are essential often making quick, yet thoughtful, decisions under pressure.
